Detailed analysis and verification
We begin by carefully evaluating the property to ensure that it is not part of a complex or building that is already more than 50% owned by an operating company. This ensures that we only work with properties that are not already in operation.

Compliance with regulations
We verify that the vacation home activity is not expressly prohibited by the community statute, ensuring a solid legal framework for your rental.

Assessment of constraints
By studying the nota simple, we ensure that the property does not have any limitations that could hinder its holiday rental.

Licensing and required documentation
Once the checks have been completed, we manage the process of obtaining the licence through Turismo de Gran Canaria. We take care of all the paperwork, and we will only need certain key documentation from you, such as the electronic certificate, deed of sale, nota simple informativa and identification documentation.

Legalisation and identification
Once the licence has been obtained, a unique number (VV-xxxxx) is issued, which we use to apply for the distinctive plaque. This plate is placed on the property, following the rules of the community of owners, if they allow it.

Tourist exploitation contract
We work with you to draw up and sign a tourist exploitation contract in collaboration with Gran Canaria Properties. This contract allows us to manage the property for at least one year, in exchange for a set percentage of the income generated.

Guest comfort
Based on the maximum capacity allowed by the licence, we equip the property with the necessary items according to an inventory provided.

Legal compliance of guest data
We manage the accreditation process with the municipal police, which is necessary to communicate guest data according to the law. This practice is carried out easily and efficiently.

Professional photography for greater impact
We understand the importance of images in the choice of properties. That is why we offer a professional photography service to present your property in the OTAs.

We register your property in the main OTAs, such as booking.com and airbnb.com, ensuring a wide visibility to increase the number of bookings.
